Kearney Community Hall (KCH)
4444 Highway 87, Banner, Wyoming 82832
Located along US Highway 87, the hall is 12 miles north of Buffalo and 18 miles south of Sheridan. It’s one mile northwest of Exit 44 along Interstate 90. View KCH on a Google Map.
Parking: We must keep our parking efficient, so that no one is parked on or across the highway. We are allowed five self-sufficent campers, but they mustn’t take up so much space that causes overflow. One spot of those five is already reserved as of 2/25.

Rental Agreement – Insurance – Garbage
A contract was signed and a down payment of $300 was made in January 2024. $1,400 for four days is due by June 23rd, 30 days before the event. Here’s the blank rental agreement and addendum to review for specific details about our use of the hall. Special Event Insurance has been obtained by Andrea and proof sent to KCH. Here’s the indemnification form.
Garbage – We have to hire to have our garbage removed. $65 for drop-off, removal, and dumping. MC Sanitation, LLC, P.O.Box 249 Story. WY 82842. We have to remove our own recycling.
