- $150 per day for three days = $500. Cleaning Deposit Check for $100 to be placed with City Clerk in June.
- Tables and Chairs: 5 round tables, 54 chairs. Two benches.
- Rent Elsewhere: 20 Rectangular Tables, seats 6, at $7 each and 100 Metal Folding Chairs at $1 each can be rented from the ElksLodge, one block away, need truck.
- PA System. Nick Shrauger has a PA with two microphnes and one speaker. The Elks club has one, heavy, with two speakers and a microphone. $75
